How do I book a service?
Browse services, choose a vendor, pick date and time, then pay with Paystack. You'll get confirmation in-app and by email.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment from My Bookings. Late cancellations may incur fees per vendor policy.
Are vendors verified?
All vendors pass identity verification and admin review before accepting paid bookings. See our Safety page for details.
How do payouts work for vendors?
After completed bookings, earnings move to your wallet. Request a payout from the Earnings screen once you meet the minimum balance.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a dispute from Account → Disputes. Our team reviews evidence from both parties and resolves within a few business days.
