Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: June 2026
1. Program overview
The Romera Serve Affiliate Program rewards partners for referring customers and vendors who generate genuine commercial activity on the platform. This is a standard affiliate marketing program. It is not multi-level marketing (MLM), network marketing, or a recruitment-based compensation plan.
2. How you earn
Affiliates earn commissions only from verified platform revenue — for example, when a referred customer completes a paid booking or a referred vendor generates platform commission on completed work. Commissions are calculated as a configurable percentage of Romera Serve's platform commission, never exceeding the amount Romera Serve actually earned on that transaction.
No commission is paid for email signups alone, fake accounts, self-referrals, cancelled jobs, refunded payments, chargebacks, or activity from suspended or banned accounts.
3. No recruitment commissions
Recruiting other affiliates does not generate commissions. Tier progression (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum) is based on verified platform revenue you generate through your referrals, not the number of affiliates you recruit.
4. Attribution
Referrals are tracked via your unique code and link (for example, romeraserve.com/r/YOUR-CODE). Attribution remains active for a configurable period (default 180 days) from first click or signup, subject to program rules.
5. Holding period and payouts
Commissions enter a pending state and become withdrawable only after the underlying booking is completed and a holding period (default 21 days) has passed without refund or chargeback. Minimum withdrawal is ₦10,000 unless otherwise configured by Romera Serve.
6. No guaranteed income
Affiliate income is variable and depends entirely on the quality and volume of successful referrals. Romera Serve makes no guarantee of earnings.
7. Fraud and enforcement
Romera Serve may use device fingerprinting, IP analysis, velocity checks, and manual review to detect abuse. Fraudulent activity may result in commission forfeiture, suspension, or termination from the program.
8. Changes
Romera Serve may update commission rates, holding periods, and program rules with notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
